SHIPPING
When you place an order with Sporting Heritage, you will receive an email confirming the item(s) you have ordered and the delivery details, should you need to change any of these details please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to send we will send a second email confirming your tracking information.

UK deliveries
All memorabilia will be sent by either Courier or Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days, although some bespoke items requiring individual manufacturing or framing, may have alternative delivery times, especially as Christmas draws near. Ordinarily, you should receive your orders within three working days of placing your order. Please provide a daytime address and telephone number as all orders have to be signed for. Couriers can deliver on a Saturday but there may be additional charges involved, please contact us for further information.

Courier Details International (non-UK)
All international orders for framed and unframed products are sent by Fedex (or similar specialist courier) within 2 days of the order being placed unless otherwise stated. All framed items take between 7-10 working days to create, delivery will be organised thereafter.

For all international orders you will be emailed a FedEx (or similar) tracking code and contact details for the courier should you need to speak to someone about your delivery. We also ask that you supply a recipient's phone number too, in case our courier has trouble making the delivery.

We are able to deliver items to addresses other than the billing/card holder address, but these details must be supplied for verification purposes. Please choose this option when making your order. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specified day, please just give us a call or email us and we'll do our best to arrange it for you.

Christmas Delivery Times
All orders placed prior to Saturday 19th December should be delivered before Christmas*. If ordering after this date for Christmas delivery, please contact us prior to confirm delivery in order to prevent any disappointment. It is always our aim to satisfy and every effort will be made to deliver on time in each and every case. Please contact customerservices@sportingheritage.co.uk and we will confirm if we can deliver before Christmas.

At SportingHeritage.co.uk we strive to keep our prices reasonable and competitive, which is why we do not add a standard percentage onto the price of our products to cover import taxes. We are unable to account for the differing tax regimes for all the countries we ship to worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own import taxes which may be incurred on SportingHeritge.co.uk goods when sending items to non-UK addresses. If you wish to use your own shipping company or broker, or to pick your items up in person, this may be arranged by emailing customerservices@sportingheritage.co.uk.
